USEF Guest Card Chart For Equestrian Canada (EC) officials not licensed by USEF. The following chart is a summary of the Guest Card eligibility for Equestrian Canada (EC) officials in accordance with the reciprocal agreement between EC and USEF. Additional information for competitions wishing to hire EC officials: All applicants must be compliant with the USEF Safe Sport Policy. Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Applications must be received at least 21 days prior to the start date of the competition. If an application is received prior to the competition, but less than 21 days before the competitions start date, applicants will incur an additional $50 fee. Competitions wishing to hire an EC official must comply with all USEF Guest Card requirements except; o The USEF membership fee is not required. o The limit of two Guest cards per division in a lifetime is waived.
