He currently presides over the criminal division of the court. He spent the four previous years in the family and probate divisions of the court and was named head of the family court division in 2018. His campaign has also been endorsed by Wisconsin Family Action PAC, the Milwaukee Police Association and Wisconsin Right to Life PAC. Judge Bugenhagen resides in Mukwonago with his wife, Crosby, and their daughter. He faces Judge Lisa Neubauer on April 7, 2020. ### The District II Appellate Court includes Calumet, Fond du Lac, Green Lake, Kenosha, Manitowoc, Ozaukee, Racine, Sheboygan, Walworth, Washington, Waukesha, and Winnebago counties. This seat is currently held by Judge Lisa Neubauer. In the 2019 Wisconsin Supreme Court election, Justice-elect Brian Hagedorn defeated Judge Lisa Neubauer by a wide margin in District II.
