Discharged / released from any Government service on disciplinary grounds. b. Convicted by court of law for any offence involving moral turpitude. 5. Terms and Condition of Service a. Pension and gratuity is not admissible. b. Efficiency and Discipline Rules 1973 would be applicable. c. One month advance notice would be required after appointment for termination of contract by either side. 6. Application Procedure a.
