M EETING NOTICE W YOMING LEGISLATIVE SERVICE OFFICE JOINT LABOR, HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES INTERIM COMMITTEE Senator Charles Scott and Representative Elaine Harvey, Co-chairmen of the Joint Labor, Health and Social Services Interim Committee, have announced the Committee will meet: AUGUST 24-25, 2015 8:00 A.M. Lovell Community Center, 502 Hampshire Av., Lovell, WY Wyoming Retirement Center, 890 Hwy 20 South, Basin, WY Agenda The purpose of the meeting is to consider draft legislation concerning the Workforce Investment Act, the Treasury Offset Program, columbarium inspection authority and proposed changes to health care-related statutes. The Committee also will receive testimony concerning worker's compensation rate band formulas, the status of the Affordable Care Act and its impact on Wyoming health insurance, Miner's Hospital benefits, the Affordable Care Act's Cadillac tax impacts on Wyoming government, direct primary care, hospital funding, medical education and the public health nursing program. The Committee will tour the Wyoming Retirement Center and receive testimony concerning the status of the Retirement Center. The Committee also will take general public comment. A tentative agenda for the meeting is included with this meeting notice. The agenda likely will be updated before the meeting date and the updated version(s) will be available on the legislative Web site at: www.wyoleg.gov.
