GOVERNMENT OF ANDHRA PRADESH NOTIFICATION Under Section 25 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Act No. 30 of 2013) Whereas it appears to the District Collector, Y.S.R District that the lands specified in the schedule below are needed for a public purpose, to wit, for construction of Kadapa to Bangalore New BG Railway Line Project between Virannagattupalli and Rayachoty railway stations from km.44.00 to Km.101.00 in respect of Chakrayapet Village and Mandal, notice to the effect is hereby given to all to whom it may concern in accordance with the provisions of Section-25 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Indian Act No. 30 of 2013). The Declaration U/s 19(1) of Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation & Resettlement Act 2013 approved on 08.01.2020 and published in four modes, the last mode of publication i.e., locality is 04.02.2020 for construction of Kadapa to Bangalore New BG Railway Line Project between Virannagattupalli and Rayachoty railway stations from km.44.00 to Km.101.00 in respect of Chakrayapet Village and Mandal, as the declaration is going to be lapse by 04.02.2021. The Sub-Collector, Kadapa has reported that the Declarations U/s 19(1) of Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation & Resettlement Act 2013 published in four modes, in the locality on 04.02.2020 in respect of Chakrayapet Village and Mandal and the stipulated time passing Award is on or before 04.02.2021 respectively and also reported that, the Valuation statement not yet received from the concerned Departments i.e., 1) Executive Engineer, R.W.S, Kadapa 2) Executive Engineer, R&B, Kadapa / Rajampet / Pulivendula 3) Divisional Forest Officer, Kadapa and 4) Assistant Director, Horticulture, Kadapa for submission of PV Proposals to the District Collector, YSR District, Kadapa. Finally, the Sub Collector, Kadapa has requested for extension of time, for a period of 6 (Six) months i.e., from 04.02.2021 to 03.08.2021 in respect of Chakrayapet Village and Mandal for preparation of Draft Award proceedings, after approval of PV proposals for the lands proposed for construction of Kadapa to Bangalore New BG Railway Line Project proposed between Virannagattupalli and Rayachoty railway stations from km.44.00 to Km.101.00 to avoid initiating Land Acquisition proceedings afresh U/s 19(2) of Land Acquisition Act 30 of 2013. Under the powers conferred U/s 25 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act 2013, the District Collector Kadapa is hereby, extends the time of passing of Award by 6 (Six) months i.e., from 04.02.2021 to 03.08.2021 in respect of Chakrayapet Village and Mandal.
