All Band Members of the Cross Lake Band of Indians, PCN Citizens and or/ the Residents of the Inc. Community Council of Cross Lake (ICCL) MUST ABIDE by the Lockdown Order for the safety of all Cross Lake Citizens. Any person that refuses to stop or abide by the Lockdown Order will be punishable by law. Once a Cross Lake Citizen leaves Cross Lake for reasons that are not considered an emergency, they shall not be permitted back into Cross Lake. Any person representing itself, a business, or an organization that provides an Essential Service to our Nation must notify Chief and Council and/or Mayor and Council of the ICCL are required to complete the CHECK STOP QUESTIONAIRE which outlines the date, time and nature of entering the community prior to entering. All transport trucks (semi and the like) are required to produce a Bill of Lading and any other necessary documents that provides an itemized list of all goods delivered to Cross Lake (ei: Canada Post) All other outside vehicles attempting to enter the Cross Lake Reserve or the ICCL that do not provide any essential services to either, will not be allowed to enter at the Check Point. No exceptions. All citizens are subject to a MANDATORY SEARCH of their transportation at all times. No Exceptions. Anyone who refuses a search will be refused Entry. All public servants must remain in Cross Lake during the Lockdown Order unless it is an absolute emergency. All citizens entering Cross Lake are recommended to self-monitor for 14 days and contact Nursing Station if they start to develop any symptoms. “I now leave my beloved northlands in good hands” – Chief Albert R.
