Friday’s match provided many dramatics, S 1 vs. Ohio State~ (#9/10) __W, 3-0 highlighted by UCLA overcoming a 13-10 deficit in game five to win 15-13. Three Bruins had S 2 at Hawai’i~ (#4/2) _______ L, 1-3 double-figure kills in the match, led by Brittany Ringel with 17, Lauren Fendrick with 16 and Brynn at Diet Coke Classic (Minneapolis, MN) Murphy with 10. Four Bruins had double-figure digs with Krystal McFarland and Chrissie S 6 at Minnesota (#20/NR) __ L, 0-3 Zartman posting 17 apiece, Ringel with 15 and Fendrick with 11. S 7 vs. Northern Iowa (#9/8) _ L, 0-3 The Bruins came out strong on senior night against Arizona, and all three seniors started the S 7 vs. Rhode Island _______W, 3-0 match. UCLA won the first game 34-32, but lost the following three games 30-21, 30-21, 30-28. Ringel had kills on five of her first six swings on in the match, and 18 Eastern Washington 470 29-2 15 led the Bruins both with 22 kills and 12 points on the evening.
