It provides a means of publicly acknowledging a citizen whose contributions have added to the well being of the community. GUIDELINES All residents of Carrathool Shire are eligible. All nominees must be an Australian Citizen. Regard will be given to the nominee’s achievements in 2020, as well as their past achievements and ongoing contribution to the Carrathool Shire community. Any additional information to support the nomination may be submitted on a Separate sheet of paper and be attached to the nomination form. Nominations may be submitted by any interested person or organisation.
