BASEBALL SA PRESIDENT 2015/16 certainly has been very much a hands on approach to not only deliver and provide a secure and stable service level to our members but to introduce a range of programs that engages our new facility which positively promotes our game. Baseball SA continues to provide many new and exciting opportunities for our members whether its an introduction to the game via T-Ball and Little League or player development via Charter ball, or a strong competitive senior baseball schedule, the game remains an attractive and interactive sport. The visual progression we have made in many areas of the business will become evident as the Board is focused on working even harder than ever to keep delivering the service levels expected in all areas of the game. Our engagement with key stakeholders including Baseball Australia, Australian Baseball League, Softball SA, Diamond Sports and West Beach Trust as well as the State Government and commercial partners will provide further benefits in the months and years to come. More opportunities, greater visibility and a sense of belonging are all key short-term objectives we are pushing for. The 7 strategic focus areas have assisted us in developing grassroots, implementing programs and providing more opportunities for player development. As we continue to strive for increase participation in a competitive landscape I am excited about the introduction of new charter teams which increases the opportunities for athletes to complete at an elite level, and at their very best represent our Country.
