BOARDERS’ SIGNING OUT PROCEDURE Boys will always travel in full school uniform. Boys who do not have school commitments and who wish to go out for the weekend must follow this procedure: Weekends must be booked with the Boarder Secretary by Wednesday teatime. 1. The boarders’ exeat book must be signed. 2. If the pupil is visiting a host family the following applies: • The pupil’s parents must submit details of weekend arrangements in writing to the Boarder Secretary by teatime on Wednesday. • The host parents must verify the weekend arrangements by e-mailing the boarding secretary. • The host parent must sign the boarders’ exeat book and leave a contact number. • The Indemnity Form for the boarder must be signed by the host parent.
