Birmingham Drive Birmingham Drive Streetscape Project, Winter 2021 ABOUT THE PROJECT This transformative project will change the circulation in Southern PROJECT STATUS Encinitas throughout the Cardiff by the Sea community. The City has also submitted the Birmingham Drive Streetscape Project for consideration by SANDAG for grant PROJECT BUDGET funding. The current budget for design is $1,040,000.
