(the “Application”) filed by Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld LLP (“Akin Gump”). At the hearing on the Application held on September 7, 2006, the Court, having reviewed the Application and the supporting Affirmation of Lisa G. Beckerman now GRANTS the Application. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Application is granted in all respects and the Court approves and allow (i) final compensation for attorneys’ fees for the period from July 1, 2005 through June 12, 2006 to Akin Gump in the amount of $147,348.00, (ii) reimbursement for out-of-pocket expenses incurred during the same period in the amount of $2,169.88, and (iii) final compensation for attorneys’ fees for the period from November 3, 2004 through June 30, 2005 to Akin Gump in the amount of $128,139.25 which was previously allowed on an interim basis by this Court.
