Alvin has recently re-joined the MBTW Group as an Associate and the new Director of Design Guidance for W Architect Inc. He has over 30 years of experience in Low-Rise Residential Developments in various projects in the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding communities. His many years of designing floor plans and elevations, collaborating with multiple builders, consultants and other designers have given him broad knowledge and experience to help create visually pleasing streetscapes and architecturally harmonious neighborhoods. He has been involved in many notable projects, including Upper Thornhill and Kleinburg Estates in Vaughan, Rosedale Village and Countryside Villages in Brampton, Simcoe Landing in Georgina, Observatory Hill and McLeod’s Landing in Richmond Hill, and more recently Millers Pond in Ramapo, New York.
