It features the best success stories and highlights how the projects brought significant changes in the lives of the people in SOCCSKSARGEN Region especially to those who are living in the far-flung areas. I am proud to say that PCF is a result of our LGUs’ good local governance performance as recognized through the conferment of the SGLG Award which is a requisite in the granting of fund. For many years the Department and the local government units continuously work hand in hand towards the attainment of Excellence in Local Governance, thereby reaping the gains.
