The Salford Trail is a new, long distance walk of about 50 public transport miles/80 kilometres and entirely within the boundaries The new way to find direct bus services to where you of the City of Salford. You will shortly arrive at a well br oo k R Crossfield Dr made path on your right beside Ellenbrook Primary d Delaford Ave E Lancashire Rd r Old Hall Ln School passing a small nature reserve on the left. Wyre Dr D h t r o Cross the road. Turn left and after 30m turn right on w h c c t t e e t the grassy path following it to the edge of the A580 t S S (East Lancashire Road). Cross the dual carriageway a Rd Worsle l l y l l R W W d a a y and go down Ellenbrook Road reaching Leigh Road y Finish after about 500m. Turn right and after about 200m cross over into Boothshall Way; this leads to the basin, canal and The Moorings pub. Use the right hand path. Take the short road on the left just after M60 the pub car park entrance, to reach the canal bridge. Cross this bridge and drop down to the left and follow the towpath (with canal on your left) to Worsley.
