The Cornell University graduate finished his tenure as the all-time leading scorer in NCAA Division I men’s lacrosse history, boasting 354 career points. He was awarded the 2013 Tewaaraton Trophy, the premier award in collegiate lacrosse. The Ivy-League Player of the Year three times in his career. In 2013 and 2011, Pannell was voted the National Player of the Year by the coaches of the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association and presented with the Lt. Raymond Enners Award as the most outstanding player in men’s college lacrosse. Pannell was the number one overall draft choice in the 2012 Major League Lacrosse Collegiate Draft and was selected by the New York Lizards.
