Our Parish is located on the western end of the North Downs between Guildford and Farnham. It stretches over a distance of about 8 miles east to west and about 3 miles north to south. Puttenham, Seale and The Sands are on the southern slope of a chalk ridge known as the “Hog’s Back” along which runs the A31. Wanborough Village is on the north side closer to Puttenham, although the civil parish stretches over the Hog’s Back to the south.
