The resident parking scheme does not operate on Moor Lane but there are single yellow lines on the south side of the road and the north side is coned on match-days. FOR GAMES KICKING OFF AT 3pm THE RESTRICTIONS WILL OPERATE BETWEEN NOON AND 7PM FOR GAMES KICKING OFF AT 7:45pm THE RESTRICTIONS WILL OPERATE BETWEEN 5pm AND 11pm. You will need a valid resident parking permit to park your vehicle on the following roads. Both sides for the full length and width of the road unless otherwise stated: Wensley Road, Heathland Road, Oakmoor Drive, Nevile Road, Matisse Way, Sisley Close, Stubbs Close, Manet Close, Castlemoor Avenue, Tuscany View, Degas Close, Vine Street, North Blackfield Lane, Norwood Avenue, Moorside Road, Healey Close. Oaklands Road both sides, from Moor Lane to a point 10 metres South of junction with Matisse Way. Blackfield Lane both sides from Vine Street to a point 20 metres South East of its junction with Healey Close. PLEASE NOTE THAT LOCAL COUNCIL AGENCIES DO ENFORCE THESE RESTRICTIONS ARE CARS PARKED IN THE AREAS OUTLINED ABOVE WITHOUT A VALID PARKING PERMIT ARE LIABLE TO BE TICKETED. By Bus: FROM MANCHESTER CITY CENTRE: The X41/X43 “Witchway” bus Journey from Chorlton Street to Moor Lane takes 30 to 40 minutes, typically. Stops: Stop EZ, Chorlton Street, Manchester (near Boulton House) Stop SC, Princess Street, Manchester (near the Town Hall) Stop NA, Deansgate, Manchester (near Barton Arcade) Stop NI, Victoria Street - Chapel Street, Manchester (near Manchester Cathedral) Great Ducie Street, Strangeways (near HMP) Bury New Road - Great Cheetham Street (opposite Rialto) Bury New Road - Northumberland Street (opposite 415 Bury New Road) Bury New Road - Moor Lane (opposite Hazeldean) - alight here. Walk along Moor Lane and the ground is 5 minutes on your left. The X41/X43 returns to Manchester via the same route. The 97 and 98 bus Starts from the Shudehill Interchange in Manchester City centre and travels up the A56 Bury New Road which has a junction with Moor Lane (the bus stops here). Journey time is typically 20-30 mins. The 93 bus starts at Shudehill Interchange and stops near Moor Lane but is less direct that the other alternatives. Typical Journey time is about 40-45 mins. FROM BURY: All of the buses above - X43, 97, 98, 93 - run in the opposite direction from Bury, stopping at the Bury New Road junction with Moor Lane. FROM CENTRAL SALFORD: From Stop C, Hankinson Way, near the Shopping Centre, the 95 bus runs along Moor Lane. Typical journey time is 20 minutes . By Rail From Manchester Piccadilly, use the X43 bus as detailed above. From Manchester Victoria, use the buses departing from Shudehill Interchange (details above). From Salford Central a 5-10 minute walk to Trinity Church (stop NE) and then the 93 bus, details above. .
