When COVID-19 halted international travel, the company needed a new way to monitor project quality while ensuring frontline worker safety. We saved 70 percent on the total cost of expert assistance and audits,” adds Konstantinos Dikaios, Quality Director of Archirodon. Empowering the frontline with a hands-free monitoring system The solution also works for onsite troubleshooting. “Our frontline workers are now able to use Teams hands-free. Everything is based on voice command so our people can fix things while directly getting instructions from an expert on the other side,” Chrysanthidis says. “And the live streaming video quality is perfect.
