Simple vs complex process. Intro Armswing mechanics. Munciana Tennis 30 Min ball snap progression through tossing and snapping, then progress to hitting off box to only high snap. 6:25 PM Boom-Boom hitting. Break into 3 groups for each coach, hitter, hander plus shaggers. Each hitter gets a 20 Min full cart, hander is next hitter. Hitter takes empty cart across net to shag and fill. 6:45 PM Shotmaker Series. #1 at net, #2 at 10' line. 3 min each group. No more than 3 carts and lines on each 15 Min court 7:00 PM Squishy Ball Progression. Break into three groups. Each player uses 4-off and 4-back 20 Min footwork with squishy balls. 2 min and then watch video replay. Group 1 hitting, Group 2 watching video replay, Group 3 shagging. Progress to hitting VBs off toss from coach. 7:20 PM 2-ball Hitting with toss backward. Break into three groups. Each player approaches and 20 Min hits first ball, then pauses on landing to use 2-step FW to hit 2nd ball tossed behind. 3 min rounds. Group 1 hitting, Group 2 watching video replay, Group 3 shagging. 7:40 PM Marceloʻs Speed Serving Game on lower net. Team A is on the court, Team B is behind 15 Min them waiting to serve. As soon as the team in front of you loses, you serve the ball. The losing team comes off and shags that ball. North-south 7:55 PM 5 Min Last line up, Review, check out..
