General Age Groups. 12 & Under- Children ages 12 and under. Youth- Children ages 13- 18. Adult- Ages 19 and over. Open- Riders of all ages. 2. High Point Class Divisions. Hunt Seat Stock-Type. Classes in this division opened to all ages. Riders in this division cannot cross enter into the Field Hunter/Saddle Pleasure classes. Hunt Seat Youth. Classes opened to children ages 13 - 18. Riders in this division can cross enter into Hunt Seat Stock-Type and Field Hunter/Saddle Pleasure divisions, but not in both. Hunt Seat 12 & Under. Classes in this division opened to children ages 12 & under. Riders in this division can cross enter into Hunt Seat Stock-Type and Field Hunter/Saddle Pleasure divisions, but not in both. Hunt Seat Adult. Classes in this division opened to adults ages 19 and over. Riders in this division can cross enter into the Hunt Seat Stock-Type or Field Hunter/Saddle Pleasure divisions, but not in both. Field Hunter/Saddle Pleasure. Classes in this division are open to all ages. Riders in this division cannot cross enter into Hunt Seat Stock-Type classes. Low Working Hunter. Open to riders of all ages. Riders can cross enter into Hopeful Hunter and Open Hunter divisions. Fences will be set at 2’. Hopeful Hunter. Open to riders of all ages. Riders can cross enter into Low Working Hunter and Open Hunter divisions. Fences will be set at 2’ 6”. Open Hunter. Open to riders of all ages. Riders can cross enter into Low Working Hunter and Hopeful Hunter divisions. Fences will be set 2’ 9” – 3’. Western Stock Type/Saddle Pleasure. Classes in this division are open to all ages. Riders in this division cannot cross enter into the Ranch division. Ranch. Classes in this division are open to all ages. Riders in this division cannot cross enter into the Stock-Type/Saddle Pleasure division. Gaming 12 & Under. Classes in this division opened to children ages 12 and under. Riders in this division cannot cross enter into the Youth Gaming Division but can cross enter into the Open Gaming division. Children in this division can show at the walk/trot/lope/canter. Gaming Youth. Classes in this division are opened to children ages 13-18. Riders in this division can cross enter into the Open Gaming division but cannot cross enter into the Gaming 12 & Under division. Gaming Open Division. Classes in this division are opened to all ages with the exception of riders competing in the non-point Pee Wee classes. 3. Non-Point Classes. (Classes not eligible for points or year-end awards) Halter Classes (Hunt Seat & Western). These classes are open to handlers of all ages and horses of all ages and breeds. Green Horse Classes (Hunt Seat & Western). These classes are designed for horses of all breeds who are aged 5 and under. Limited Rider Classes (Hunter Seat & Western). These classes are designed for the rider of all ages who have not receive 5 blue ribbons in any horse show. Hunter over Fences, Novice. This class is designed for the rider who is in their first years of showing over fences. Lead-Line English or Western. This class is for our assisted riders and is open to beginner and therapeutic riders. Riders may have one or more assistants. $5 class with all blue ribbons awarded/ Interim W/W or W/J English or Western. This class is opened to lead-line or therapeutic riders learning to trot/jog. This class is judged on equitation/sportsmanship. Interim W/W or W/T Pattern. This class is open to junior or adult riders who require the assistance of a leader or leader/side-walker. Riders can have a leader holding on to the horse. Gaming Pee Wee. These classes are for kids in their first 2-years of showing, adaptive or lead- liners. $5 class will all blue ribbons awarded. This class is Walk/Trot only. 4. Inter-County Saddle Club Membership In order to be eligible for Year-End Awards, the participant must complete the following within this year’s show season: All Membership Dues are $25 for 1-Horse/Rider Combination. If a rider has multiple horses, there is an addition $5 fee per horse. Membership Dues must be paid before points begin to accumulate. Points will begin to accumulate at the 1st show of membership for Year-End Awards. Points will NOT be backdated. Points are accumulated on the Horse/Rider Combination listed on the Membership Form. Horse and Rider Combination must compete in the same division. (For instance, you cannot switch between divisions as the points will stay with the horse/rider/division combination. Points from other divisions will not be added together for Year-End Awards.) Horse and Rider Combination must compete in at least 5 shows. If ICSC is unable to host at least 7 shows, the member must have competed in at least ¾ of the shows during the current show season in order to qualify for Year-End Awards. (For example, only 5 shows were held in the current season, so a horse/rider combination must have shown in 4 shows.) Membership class fess are at a discounted rate of $7. 5. Non-Member class fee is $10 per class. Non-Members are not eligible for Year-End Awards. 6. General Rules. Children 18 years and under MUST wear a helmet when mounted on their horse. If during the current show season a member’s horse is lame, has passed away, has been sold, etc., a horse/rider combination may change once to maintain points, and must be approved by the Show Office prior to the start of the show. In order to be reimbursed for a scratched class, a Class Scratch form must be presented to the Show Office two (2) classes prior to the class being scratch.
