This is a network of thirteen small European postal services, encompassing: the Fa- eroe Islands, Gibraltar, Greenland, Guernsey, Iceland, the Isle of Man, Jersey, Liech- tenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Åland and Vatican City. These thirteen small postal administrations all have small domestic markets for posta- ge and logistics and, at the same time, major export markets for postage stamps for collectors. The Sepac countries therefore share largely the same challenges and the Sepac network is therefore an important forum for all member countries. Nine times in the past from 2007 to 2018, Sepac members have released stamps that followed a common annual theme. This year, the common Sepac theme is ‘Historic Homes’. Eleven of the thirteen Sepac member countries have chosen to issue a stamp in the Sepac series. In June, POST Greenland issued this year’s Sepac stamp for Greenland.
