VINYL CATALOG September 25th, 2003 Vinyl Cutout Catalog The following graphics are professionally cut “calendered PVC vinyl film” stickers. The vinyl film stickers are cut out on a Roland CX-24 CAMM-1, a state-of-the-art industrial vinyl cutting machine. All of the vinyl film sold in this catalog comes with a standard 5 year outdoor warranty. The vinyl film is approximately 3 to 4 mils thick and is completely opaque. This makes the film less susceptible to scratching or gouging, and less likely to tear. We are currently experimenting with new graphic logos and designs, if you don’t see something that you are looking for and have high-resolution graphics that you want to use, please send us what you have. We have state-of-the- art software and unmatched reliability. Our cutting edge design team can deliver for you. Please note, that all substrates are priced as “blank” with no designs, text or vinyl cutouts on them. There is no extra charge to transfer your vinyl graphics or text designs to the substrates other than the actual cost of the vinyl film itself. Please note, that anything printed in RED colored text below can only be sold to a verified 501st Legion member only. This means, your real name and official membership number must be “matched” to the name on the “vinyl order form” and with the “legion database” as an official member. SHIPPING INFORMATION For shipping costs, any vinyl cutouts that are 5½ inches or smaller, you can figure 1st Class Postage will be $1.25, and for Priority Mail, the cost is $3.85. For any vinyl cutouts that are 6 to 11½ inches, you can figure 1st Class Postage will be $2.25 plus an additional $2.15 for a shipping tube, and for Priority Mail, the cost is still $3.85 plus an additional $2.15 for a shipping tube. Vinyl cutouts that are 12 inches or larger, you can figure 1st Class Postage will be $2.75 plus an additional $2.90 for a shipping tube, and for Priority Mail, the cost is $5.25 plus an additional $2.90 for a shipping tube. Special shipping rates for other items, like the imperial citations, will be noted with that item and is to be “added” to the shipping rates explained above, unless ordered by themselves. Please note, if your vinyl design can be folded, then it will be folded with the vinyl decal facing out. This does not damage the vinyl decal in any way. Just gently crease the decal in the opposite direction before applying with the transfer tape. Otherwise, the safest method of shipping for your large vinyl cutouts must be placed into a shipping tube. Shipping and handling is generally based upon the customers request, weight and physical size of the order. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. By default all orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. USPS Priority Mail is also available by request.
