Mr. James P. Crowley, Secretary This show is dedicated to Geraldine “Gerry” Englemark Geraldine , known as Gerry to her friends was born June 2, 1951 on Long Island, NY. She loved dogs and had different breeds her whole life. As an adult, she and her husband, Rich, had Siberian Huskies that Gerry showed and were involved in sledding. They also had German Shep- herds. Gerry taught obedience starting in the 1970s at a dog training facility on Long Island and in the early 1990s took over the school with Helene Doberman after the owners, Eunice and Lynn, passed away and the school was renamed the Long Island School of Dog Training. In 1995 they moved to Southern California. Gerry loved her Sibs and German Shepherd and in 2000 she purchased her first schipperke,“ Wica” (CH De Lamer Wicked Black Beach RN). The Sib and German Shepherd went to the Rainbow Bridge and in 2004 another schipperke came into the fami- ly, “Kizzy” (CH DeLamer Kiss O’ Flame). She bred Kizzy in 2007 and a litter of two girls were born in 2008, “Keeper” (GCH Petite TouTou Noire Keeper of the Flame) and “Niki” (GCH Petite TouTou Noire Nauti Kisses In The Night). She made the many trophies over the years for the SCSC Specialties and for the 2013 SCA National Specialty she made the Top 20 trophies for Breed, Best Opposite, the AOMs as well as the Best and Op- posite to Best in Futurity, Maturity and Sweepstakes. She was an extremely talented, creative, giving, caring person and an example of what we should all strive to be. Gerry will be missed by all who knew her and she will be in the hearts of all who had the pleasure of knowing her. Even as her health declined her biggest enjoyment was going to dog shows. With the help of her friends, and in Gerry's honor, Keeper was shown to her Grand Championship title shortly after Gerry's passing on August 4, 2013. “Niki’ “Kizzy” “Keeper” Trophies & Gifts Schipperke Club of Southern California January 24, 2014 Ring 8 Sweepstakes Judge: Ms. Susan Garrity Ring Steward: Mr. Paul Garrity SCHIPPERKE SWEEPSTAKES, 12 MOS. - 18 MOS.
