Diagnostic Notes **Adult** Length 5-6 mm. Elongate, smooth, shining; pale reddish brown; elytra bluish black; head and beak dusky. Beak twice as long as head, robust, cylindrical, finely punctate basally. Last antennal segment cylindrical, longer than others combined in male, shorter in female. Pronotum about twice as long as wide, deeply constricted on basal third; disk smooth.
