THE MOST CONVINCING ATTRIBUTE OF THE MODERN WORLD IS REPRESENTED BY A HURRICANE OF TECHNOLOGICAL INNOVATIONS THAT FORMS A NEW WORLD VIEW OF SOCIETY AND A NEW LEVEL OF ITS EXISTENCE.
