Per riceverete le credenziali di accesso è necessario iscriversi qui: bit.ly/INSigHT_FinalConference Action funded by the European Union, contracted by ICMPD through the Mobility Partnership Facility The INSigHT Action has the main aim to increase the capacity of key local stakeholders in the Veneto Region (Italy), Edo State and Lagos (Nigeria) and Stockholm (Sweden) to tackle human trafficking and to deal with its evolving dynamics, trends, forms and modus operandi, with specific attention to women and girls, while promoting knowledge-based policy making in the respective countries and reinforcing transnational cooperation. Il progetto INSigHT ha lo scopo principale di migliorare la capacità dei principali stakeholder della Regione Veneto (Italia), degli stati di Edo e Lagos (Nigeria) e dell’area di Stoccolma (Svezia) per affrontare il fenomeno della tratta di esseri umani e far fronte alle sue dinamiche, tendenze, e modus operandi in continua evoluzione, con attenzione specifica a donne e ragazze, promuovendo nel contempo un processo decisionale basato sulla conoscenza e rafforzando la cooperazione transnazionale. www.insightproject.net Day 1 10th March 2021 (3:00 – 5:30 pm CET) Focus on Research The first day will be devoted to presenting the research work carried out by the INSigHT Research Team, with reference to the following themes: protection programs for people victims of trafficking and severe exploitation in the Veneto Region, the evolving phenomenon of begging, secondary movements in Italy (Brenner border) and Sweden and returns/reintegration programs in Nigeria. The main aim will be to share some of the main findings that emerged from the research. La prima giornata sarà dedicata alla presentazione del lavoro di ricerca svolto dal Gruppo di Ricerca INSigHT, con riferimento ai seguenti temi: programmi di protezione delle persone vittime di tratta e grave sfruttamento nella Regione Veneto, evoluzione del fenomeno dell’accattonaggio, movimenti secondari in Italia (confine del Brennero) e Svezia e programmi di rimpatrio/re-integrazione in Nigeria. L’obiettivo principale sarà condividere alcuni dei risultati emersi dalla ricerca. Equality ATI will present the workshop organised with antitrafficking stakeholders in the Veneto Region to promote an integrated approach to trafficking and the training for cultural-linguistic mediators. Nigerian Women Association will present the awareness raising activities carried out in Lagos. Pathfinders Justice Initiative will present the workshops organised for rehabilitation officers in Nigeria and discuss on the law enforcement workshop in Nigeria with Equality ATI which also organised a workshop with law enforcement, in Italy. Nella seconda sessione, i partner del progetto INSigHT parleranno delle attività di capacity building realizzate nell’ambito del progetto, condividendo risultati, lezioni apprese, suggerimenti per ulteriori miglioramenti. Equality ATI presenterà il workshop organizzato con gli stakeholder antitratta della Regione Veneto per promuovere un approccio integrato alla tratta e la formazione di mediatori linguistico- culturali. Nigerian Women Association presenterà le attività di sensibilizzazione e awareness-raising svolte a Lagos. Pathfinders Justice Initiative presenterà i workshop organizzati con gli stakeholders che si occupano di re-integrazione in Nigeria e discuterà l’esperienza del workshop con le forze dell’ordine, in Nigeria, con Equality ATI che ha organizzato un simile workshop in Italia. A short overview will be given of antitrafficking in Italy, Nigeria and Sweden to then open up the debate with invited discussants. Policymakers and antitrafficking stakeholders are warmly invited to join the discussion too. La terza e ultima giornata si aprirà con le raccomandazioni dell’Azione INSighT e inviterà esperti antitratta e responsabili politici in Italia, Nigeria e Svezia per discutere sulle sfide che ci attendono, con particolare attenzione alle sfide per la cooperazione transnazionale.
