Councilor (SL) SK Chairpenon RESOLUTION NO. 44 Series of 2013 A RESOLUTION INTERPOSES 0 OBJECTIO FOR THE PROPOSED ESTABLISHMENT OF A FLYING V BULILIT GASQLINE REFILLING STATION AT CELCARY SUBDIVISIO PUROK SAGRADO CORAW LGU-BARANGAY BULA. GENERAL SANTOS CITY. Bo•. Ladillao G. Ga~ Jr. - Spolllor WHEREAS, the Flying V Philippines, Inc., has planned to established a Bulilit Gasoline Refilling Station at Celcary Subdivision Purok Sagrado Corazon Barangay Bula, this city; WHEREAS, prior to such request, the City Planning and Development Office (CPDO), this city through Engr. Nael Joseph S. Cruspero, City Planning Coordinator, request for a Barangay Action for the proposed project of the said petroleum company; WHEREAS, the Committee on Barangay Planning and Zoning Regulations immediately conduct evaluation and ocular inspection for the above-mentioned petroleum project; WHEREAS, during the evaluation and ocular inspection of the proposed project, it was found out that the herein proposed project was planned to be established and situated within the commercial and/or industrial area as embodied on the exiting city zoning ordinance of the City of General Santos; -Page 2 follows- ~ Page2. WHEREAS, this chamber finds that it cannot harm nor destroy the environment since the herein proposed project shall pass through the existing rules and guidelines of city's Zoning Regulations before its establishment/construction which this rules and guidelines shall be strictly followed and applied for the objective to safeguard the welfare of our constituents in the area and also to preserve our existing environment as well; WHEREAS, on this evaluation, this body hereby recommend to consider their application to the Development Control Committee and request for the issuance of a Certificate of Zoning Compliance/Locational Clearance (CZCILC) of the project and to other government agencies for the purpose; NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Ladislao G. Gavilo, Jr., Barangay Councilor and Chairperson, Committee on Barangay Planning and Zoning Regulations, this Barangay jointly seconded by all the members present, be it; RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved "I TERPOSES 0 OBJECTION FOR THE PROPOSED ESTABLISHME T OF A FLYI G V BULILIT GASOLINE REFILLING STATION AT CELCARY SUBDIVISION PUROK SAGRADO CORAW LGU-BARANGAY BULA, GENERAL SA TOS CITY." RESOLVED FURTHER to submit copies of this resolution to the Office of the Sangguniang Panlungsod, this city and other line agencies of the government both local and national for their ready reference, perusal and documentation. RESOLVED FURTHERMORE that the owner and/or the contractor of the proposed building shall adhere with the condition as resolved during the consultation conducted, to wit~ 1. That the owner of the proposed project shall established a separate gate aside from the existing gate of the subdivision; and 2. That the owner proprietor shall also established a concrete firewall to safeguard the facility and most specially the existing houses in the area.
