The persons are: R epre~ entative Robert C. Seamans, Jr., of the District of Columbia, Administrator, Energy Research and Development Administration Alternate Representatives Frederick Irving, of Providence, Rhode Island, Assistant Secretary of State for Oceans and International Environmental and Scientific Affairs RichardT. Kennedy, of the District of Columbia, Commissioner, Nuclear Regulatory Commission Myron B. Kratzer, of the District of Columbia, Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Oceans and International Environmental and Scientific Affairs Edward A. Mason, of Lexington, Massachusetts, Commissioner, Nuclear Regulatory Commission Nelson F. Sievering, Jr., of Bethesda, Maryland, Assistant Administrator of the Energy Research and Development Administration for International Affairs Galen L. Stone, of the District of Columbia, Deputy Representative of the United States to the International Atomic Energy Agency, with the rank of Ambassador Gerald F. Tape, of Bethesda, Maryland, United States Representatives to the United States Mission to the International Atomic Energy Agency, with the rank of Ambassador, Vienna The Conference is scheduled to be held at Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, from September 21 to September 28, 1976. The Agency seeks to accelerate and enlarge the contribution of atomic energy to peace, health, and prosperity throughout the world. It ensures that assistance provided by it or at its request or under its supervision or control is not used in such a way as to further any military purpose. # # # .
