We depart promptly at 4:30 a.m. (Park in South Lot and board bus at Main Administration Circle Drive) 8:00 a.m. —Arrive at Minneapolis Airport, stay with group, meet at Delta Group Check-In if you get separated 10:00 a.m. —DELTA Flight #1796 departs 1:45 p.m. —Flight arrives. Meet at Baggage Claim. Charter bus trip from airport to Hampton Inn Time Square North (851 Eighth Ave., 1-212-581-4100) & check in The Big Apple Optional Midtown Orientation Walk Brief walking tour of midtown down to Times Square to become Sunday 4/22 acquainted with points of interest within walking distance from the hotel including the TKTS Booth. Free, hot breakfast at the hotel with a wide selection including rotating hot breakfast items, fruit, cereal, yogurt & more. 8:45 a.m.—Meet in Hotel Lobby for 9:00 a.m. Tour of Manhattan with Jane Marx. This bus tour will include points of interest of the City before stopping for lunch. We’ll be disembarking from the bus; please wear comfortable walking shoes and bring your ticket for the play listed below. 2:30 p.m. —Dropped off at Shubert Theatre (225 W. 44th St.) for the 3:00 p.m. show, “Hello, Dolly!” Tour with Jane Marx Free time Sunday evening Monday 4/23 Breakfast at the hotel Choices: 8:30 a.m. —Optional subway excursion to Battery Park, followed by a ferry boat ride to Liberty Island to see the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. Statue of Liberty National Monument And/Or Free time or Shopping Tuesday 4/24 Breakfast at the hotel 9:45 a.m. — One World Observatory Meet group in lobby at 9:00 a.m. to head to subway or just meet us there by 9:45 a.m. for 10:00 a.m. scheduled visit. Enjoy rest of the day on your own until evening Broadway show. 7:00 p.m. — “Carousel” NYC Pizza! at Imperial Theatre, 249 W. 45th St. Check out dining options HERE! Wednesday 4/25 Breakfast at the hotel 2:00 p.m. —“The Band’s Visit” at Barrymore Theatre, 243 W. 47th St. 8:00 p.m. —“Children of a Lesser God” at Studio 54 Theatre, 254 W. 54th St. Good Morning America! Thursday 4/26 7:00 a.m. —Have your luggage ready & outside your room door for pick-up by the bellman. Take your own carry-on with you to the bus. 7:45 a.m. —Board Bus. Bus leaves promptly at 8 a.m. 11:30 a.m. —Delta Flight #2149 departs 2:00 p.m. —Arrive in Minneapolis & depart on bus to Marshfield.
