Prepayment by check will save on C.O.D. charges and credit card fees. For those who have an approved credit line, our standard terms are Net 30 days. A finance charge of 1½% per month (18% per annum) is added on all overdue accounts. Payment in U.S. funds only. Any account 30 days past due will be put on a C.O.D. basis. If an account reaches 90 days past due, the account will be changed to a C.O.D. account permanently. Credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express) are gladly accepted for payment at the point of sale, up to $2500.00. There will be a 3% fee on any amount exceeding $2500.00. If you choose to pay towards an invoice after 15 days there will be a 3% fee. SHIPPING: UPS is our primary shipper. We also ship via Common Carrier for orders larger than UPS will accept, freight collect. A handling charge of $4.00 per box and/or roll of tubing will automatically be added to the freight charges, or $10.00 per pallet. We will make every effort to ship on a timely basis. When an estimate is requested for freight charges, it should be understood that it is only an estimate. Actual freight costs can not be accurately figured until an order is processed. FREIGHT: All prices are F.O.B. shipping location. Standard items are usually shipped the same day if order is recieved by 3:00pm EST. CLAIMS: Claims for shortages, defective or damaged goods must be made within five (5) days from receipt of shipment. Damages occurring "in transit" are the responsibility of the freight company and should be noted on the bill of lading when shipment is recieved. Submit a claim directly to the carrier. RETURNS: All sales are final when the customer takes receipt of the goods. However, certain returns may be allowed depending on the circumstances. All returned materials must have prior authorization from a regional of- fice and be in original packing and in resalable condition. A copy of the original invoice must accompany the return. Restocking charges of 15% are applicable on normal items. A higher restocking charge, usually 25%, will be applied to those items special ordered or made to customer’s specifications. LIMITED WARRANTY: All products are subject specifically to the manufacturer’s warranty. Replacement, repair, or credit for defective material is at the discretion of TRICKL-EEZ IRRIGATION and is subject to the terms of the manufacturer’s policy. PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE: All prices in this catalog are those in effect at the time of printing. If a supplier changes our prices, whether up or down, we will change our prices accordingly. We can not be held responsible for misprints or errors.
