This annual publication is one of many technical assistance documents that OPR publishes. The Book of Lists has served planning professionals and the public for more than 25 years. This edition features: • A directory of city and county planning agencies, Councils of Government, Local Agency Formation Commissions, Airport Land Use Commissions, Tribal Governments and Regional Transportation Planning Entities; • Contact information for select State and Federal agencies, and CEQA Judges; • A summary of city and county General Plan information; • The results of OPR’s 2010 Annual Planning Survey. The survey provides the latest information on local planning activities and special issues of statewide concern; and, • A cumulative index of questions asked in previous Annual Planning Surveys. Past editions of the Book of Lists are available to the public from the OPR website at www.opr.ca.gov under the “Publications and Forms” tab. We appreciate the efforts of everyone who helps keep the information in this publication current and accurate. OPR encourages planners and others who use the Book of Lists to share their comments and suggestions about how the publication can better serve users’ needs.
