SOMERSET COUNTY COUNCIL (A39 MAIN ROAD, PUTSHAM HILL KILVE AND WILLITON TO BRIDGWATER ROAD, NETHER STOWEY) (PARISHES OF KILVE AND HOLFORD) (REVOCATION OF 50 MPH SPEED LIMIT (EAST)) (50 MPH SPEED LIMIT (EAST) AND EXTENSION OF 30 MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2016 NOTICE is hereby given that Somerset County Council proposes to make the above Order in pursuance of the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which is to introduce a 50mph speed limit and extend the existing 30 mph speed limit on the lengths of road specified in the Schedules to this Notice. The provisions of any other Order are hereby revoked but only in so far as they are affected by the restrictions imposed by this order.
