Authority: Works Committee Report No. 6, Clause No. 4, adopted as amended, by City of Toronto Council on July 20, 21 and 22, 2004 and Section 169-26 of City of Toronto Municipal Code Chapter 169, Officials, City CITY OF TORONTO BY-LAW No. 1028-2015 To amend City of Toronto Municipal Code Chapter 950, Traffic and Parking, respecting Bathurst Street, Brimley Road, College Street, Dovercourt Road, Gerrard Street East, Harbord Street, Keele Street, Kipling Avenue and Old Weston Road. Whereas the Municipal Codes/By-laws of the various former area municipalities were consolidated under Municipal Code Chapter 950, Traffic and Parking, enacted under By-law No. 1409-2011 on December 1, 2011; and Whereas Schedule XXXVIII, Pedestrian Crossovers, to Municipal Code Chapter 950 contained entries for several pedestrian crossover locations that had previously been replaced with traffic control signals and, as such, should have been rescinded/deleted from Schedule XXXVIII; and Whereas the pedestrian crossover locations replaced with traffic control signals were also listed, correctly, under Schedule XXXIX, Traffic Control Signals, to Municipal Code Chapter 950; and Whereas under Section 169-26 of Chapter 169, Officials, City, of The City of Toronto Municipal Code, the City Solicitor, in consultation with the City Clerk, may submit bills directly to make technical amendments to The City of Toronto Municipal Code and other by-laws to correct technical errors; The Council of the City of Toronto enacts: 1. Municipal Code Chapter 950, Traffic and Parking, is amended as follows: A.
