The Governor is further pleased to direct that the students of alr.such coueges who are arready admitted *nd registered under the Burdwan university, shail continue to be so registered under the Burdwan lJniversity until completion of their course of stutty in the said colleges. However, the students who will' newly be admitted in these coileges from the academic session 2a15-16 shall be admitted tolregistered under the Kazi Nazrul university and shall continue to be so registered un.der the said University unless otherwise directed. In this connection' the Governor is also pleased to direct that all such colleges as mentioned in the Schedule shall be deemed to have ceased to be affiliated under Burdwan University with effect from 24'06'2015' All teacher' principals or member of the Goveming Body of any such corlege or institution holding' by virtr:e of his being a teacher, principal or member of the Governing Body, any office in or under the university of Burdwan or any of the authority of the Burdwan university, shall cease to hold such office with effect from 24'06 '2015 and the vacancy so caused under the Burdwan university shail be deemed fo be casual vaczurcy for the purpose of Burdwan University Act, l9g1 (west Ben.
