This puts Boise on the map as one of first 2 gigabit cities in the country.” Read more Source: Press Release | June 1, 2018 LHTC Broadband Deploys Wi-Fi System In Local Campground Stahlstown, Pa. - LHTC Broadband recently launched its largest Wi-Fi system at Mountain Pines Campground in Melcroft, Pa. “Mountain Pines came to us with a need for better Wi-Fi service within their campground. They originally had less than 10 access points connected to a single 15 Mbps Internet connection,” said Matt Shearer, LHTC Broadband Technical Operations Manager. The campground covers over 62 acres and has over 700 sites. “It needed a more robust network to be capable of providing service to that large of an area,” Shearer said. The biggest challenge of the project was the landscape of the terrain. “We weren’t working in a wide-open space. The campground is heavily wooded and located in a valley,” said Shearer.
