Virginia): • Take I-66 to Washington, DC. Proceed to Constitution Avenue. • From Constitution, make a left onto 12th Street. • From 12th Street, make a right on E Street. • Proceed one block on E Street to 11th Street and make another right. Drive one more block to Pennsylvania Avenue. • Make a right on Pennsylvania Avenue. Virginia): • Take I-395 and proceed to 14th Street Bridge. • Follow the 14th Street Bridge to 14th Street.
