For three generations we’ve worked together on our farm to grow exciting, vineyard-driven wines that capture the essence of our Red Mountain estate. VINEYARD PROFILE Cabernet is king on Red Mountain. From the humble beginnings of our pioneering 1975 planting to today, we’ve grown Cabernet Sauvignon on Red Mountain longer than anyone. This 2017 iteration features fruit from our venerable Heart of the Hill estate vineyard, a Red Mountain powerhouse known for density and purity of fruit. WINE PROFILE This authoritative wine shows why Red Mountain has a reputation as one of the world’s preeminent regions for Cabernet Sauvignon. Fine grain tannin, great fruit, and dark color abound. Red Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon tends to have a very nicely integrated pyrazine aspect to complement the red and blue fruit profile.
