This publication has been developed in compliance with the Global Reporting Initiative Standard (the Core option) as well as in line with the amended Polish Accounting Act. Our report covers the information on Cyfrowy Polsat Capital Group, and in particular the data related to the following companies: Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. Polkomtel Sp. z o.o. Telewizja Polsat Sp. z o.o. This report does not include non-financial information for Netia S.A. which, in spite of having been part of Cyfrowy Polsat Capital Group since May 22, 2018, as a listed company has published a separate Report of Netia S.A. and Netia S.A.
