Motion for Election to the Committee on Welfare of Other Backward Classes (OBCs) A motion for election of ten members to the Committee on Welfare of Other Backward Classes (OBCs) was moved and adopted. 11-05 a.m. 4. Motion for Appointment to the Joint Committee on the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement (Amendment) Second Bill, 2015 A motion for appointment of three members to the Joint Committee on the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement (Amendment) Second Bill, 2015 was moved and adopted. 11-06 a.m. 5. Matters raised with permission (1) ^Shri Ghulam Nabi Azad raised a matter regarding deteriorating law and order situation in Kashmir Valley. Shri Sitaram Yechury, Shri D. Raja, !Shri Neeraj Shekhar and !Shri Sharad Yadav also spoke. .11-23 a.m. (2) !Shri Ram Kumar Kashyap raised a matter regarding need to amend the regulations regarding MPLAD Scheme. 11-25 a.m. (3) !Shri Pramod Tiwari raised a matter regarding death of cows in a cow shelter at Jaipur. 11-28 a.m. (4) Shri Santiuse Kujur raised a matter regarding terror attack in a market place in Kokrajhar District of Assam. From 11-16 a.m. to 11-18 a.m., some points were raised. 174 8TH AUGUST, 2016 11-32 a.m. (5) Dr. Subramanian Swamy raised a matter regarding need to list the case pertaining to Ram Mandir in Ayodhya in Supreme Court for day-to-day hearing. 11-34 a.m. (6) Shri K.T.S. Tulsi raised a matter regarding need to increase the MSP to fifty per cent over the cost of production to fulfill the commitment made to the farmers.
