The longest secti n on teaching techniques focuses on breath ciontrol, fingering, tone quality, articulation, range, and style. All sections emphasize the need for studentslito clean instruments regularly and properlY, and to practice in groups as well as alone.A' final section contains -a bibliography of 59 general resources such as instrument repair manuals, other teaching guides, and indexes of music"al wind instrument makers.
