LOCAL CONNECTION CRITERIA FOR HOMES AT BURNHAM MARKET, SANDELLS WALK Priority firstly: (a) To those in high and medium band on the Housing Register in the order of priority below: 1) Existing residents of the parish of Burnham Market or Burnham Norton who have lived there for more than 12 months 2) Past residents of the parish of Burnham Market or Burnham Norton who have lived there for more than 5 years and moved away within the last 3 years 3) Those with permanent employment in Burnham Market or Burnham Norton (min of 10 hours per week) 4) Existing residents of the adjoining parishes of Brancaster, Burnham Overy, Burnham Thorpe, North Creake, Stanhoe and Docking who have lived there for more than 12 months 5) Existing residents in the Council’s area who have been living in the area for more than 3 years (b) Secondly after (a) above then to those in low band on the Housing Register in the order below: 1) Existing residents of the parish of Burnham Market or Burnham Norton who have lived there for more than 12 months 2) Past residents of the parish of Burnham Market or Burnham Norton who have lived there for more than 5 years and moved away within the last 3 years 3) Those with permanent employment in Burnham Market or Burnham Norton (min of 10 hours per week) 4) Existing residents of the adjoining parishes of Brancaster, Burnham Overy, Burnham Thorpe, North Creake, Stanhoe and Docking who have lived there for more than 12 months 5) Existing residents in the Council’s area who have been living in the area for more than 3 years .
