I will now call this public hearing to order. I hereby open the public hearing this evening on the Tentative Fiscal Year 2020 Millage Rate and Annual Budget for Hillsborough Transit Authority. Anyone who may wish to speak this evening will need to sign in and identify themselves. On the table at the back of the room, we have made available to you documents summarizing the Tentative Fiscal Year 2020 Millage Rate and Annual Budget. These documents include the agenda for tonight’s public hearing, which I will now outline. We will consider the adoption of the following resolutions: • A resolution to adopt the levying of Tentative Ad Valorem Taxes and the Tentative Fiscal Year 2020 Millage Rate.
