She was born in (Olivia) Reynolds of Dallas, TX, Jerome (Tamia) Saginaw, Michigan April 6, 1953. Rae graduated from Buckley of Rochester, MI, Erik D. Buckley of St. Joseph High School, Class of 1971, she attended Kentwood, MI and Jermaine Swilley of Saginaw, MI; Delta College and Saginaw Valley State University special nephews, Andre (Traci) Buckley of Midland, where she earned a Bachelor degree in Business MI and Thomas (Cory) Tinsley of Chicago, IL; cousins Management.
