Biodata Tuan Haji Kamarudin bin Abdullah 1. Born in 1968 in a Christian family-oriented Catholic. 2. Studied at St. Xavier's Institution and Sek Men Abdullah Muhshi, Penang. 3. Converted to Islam in his teens. 18 years old. 4. Founder and President of the Islamic Propagation Society International (IPSI) Organization based in Kapitan Keling Mosque, Penang. 5. IPSI is a missionary organization devoted to non-Muslim preaching and guidance of Our New Brothers and Sisters. Founded in 1995. Informally. 6. Bureau chief Kapitan Keling Mosque Da'wah 1995-2012. 7. Has held a post of Vice President PERKIM 2003-2005. Figure of PERKIM Penang in 2002. 8.
