Our ongo- ing efforts to curtail CO2 emissions and the consumption of natural resources include fores- tation activities and participating in the design of next-generation, higher-effi ciency aircraft. Astronaut Soichi Noguchi fl ew aboard Discovery in 2005 and has logged over 333 hours in space, including three spacewalks.
