Accounts Payable register dated 12/05/00 at $1,327,002.86. #3-C Approved the following budget transfers: OHR: $1,000 from #001-2107-54000 to #55417. CIP: $845 from #001-247-241 to #-2140-55275. DPW/UD: $991 from #450-9000-55100 to #-56400, and $4,520 from #-247200 to #-56300. #3-D Approved and authorized the Chairman to sign the following budget resolutions: RESOLUTION NO. 2000-248 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF CITRUS COUNTY, FLORIDA, ADOPTING THE DRUG COURT PROGRAM BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2000/2001 WHEREAS, the Citrus County Board of County Commissioners Fiscal Year ends on September 30, 2000; and December 5, 2000 Commission Minute Book No. 32 Page 930 WHEREAS, the Citrus County Board of County Commissioners was awarded a Drug Court Program Grant whose contract fiscal year ends after September 30, 2000; and WHEREAS, proper budgeting procedures require that these grants be reappropriated for Fiscal Year 2000/2001; and WHEREAS, this was not included in the original budget process; therefore, it is necessary for the Board to amend the budget for Fiscal Year 2000/2001; and WHEREAS, Section 129.06(d), Florida Statutes, provides that the Board may amend its budget by resolution spread upon its minutes to appropriate and expend funds from a source not anticipated in the Board’s regular budget; and NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Citrus County, Florida, in regular session on the 5th day of December 2000, as follows: 1.
