O R D E R Sri Mohammed Shabbir Hussain, Nalgonda District has filed a Complaint dated 18-04-2018 which was received by this Commission on 23-04-2018 for not getting the information sought by him from the PIO / O/o. the Gram Panchayath, Narketpally Village, Narketpally Mandal, Nalgonda District. The brief facts of the case as per the Complaint and other records received along with it are that the Complainant herein filed an application dated 23-01-2018 before the PIO requesting to furnish the information under Sec.6(1) of the RTI Act, 2005, on the following points mentioned in his application annexed. The Commission directs the PIO to furnish available and held information to the complainant within one week from the date of receipt of this order and submit compliance report to the Commission. With the above direction, the complaint is closed. The Public Information Officer is cautioned to be prompt while dealing with application filed under RTI Act, 2005 and strictly adhere to the stipulated time limits.
