The Centre is part of the national Poche Indigenous Health Network, together with Poche Centres at the University of Melbourne, the University of Sydney, the University of Western Australia and Flinders University in Adelaide, Darwin and Alice Springs. A key partner in the activities of the UQ Poche Centre, since the beginning, is the Institute for Urban Indigenous Health (IUIH), which delivers world-class primary health care services to the Indigenous population of South East Queensland.
