No. 929-3244, 927-9702 Loc.131; Cell phone: 09159111585 SHABU PUSHER ARRESTED IN QUEZON CITY The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) arrested a drug pusher during a buy-bust operation in front of a fast food restaurant in Quezon City on January 20, 2014. PDEA Director General Undersecretary Arturo G. Cacdac, Jr. identified the suspect as Albert Manlulu, alias Lance, 40 years old, a computer technician and a resident of No. 12 Xavierville Avenue, Loyola Heights, Quezon City. Manlulu was apprehended by elements of PDEA Regional Office-National Capital Region (PDEA RO-NCR) under Atty. Jacquelyn De Guzman at around 3:00 in the afternoon after he sold eight sachets of methamphetamine hydrochloride, or shabu, weighing more or less 40 grams to a poseur-buyer along Matalino Street corner East Avenue, Barangay Central, Quezon City. Further search on the suspect yielded a transparent plastic bag containing four glass containers and the P1,000 marked bill used as the buy-bust money. Also confiscated from Manlulu was a Honda Wave motorcycle with plate number IA-8964. The PDEA RO-NCR Investigation Division is now preparing a case for violation of Section 5 (Sale of Dangerous Drugs), Article II of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 against Manlulu. He is presently detained at the PDEA custodial facility in Quezon City. # # # .
